Worlds Unseen

Worlds Unseen — cover

An album exploring hidden thoughts and emotions through themes of relationships, cultural differences, burnout, loss, and self-reflection. “Music has always been my preferred form of therapy, and creating this album was an intentional way to integrate, process, and document the past six years,” Marinho shares.

The album opens with “Spaceship,” channeling the yearning to escape. “Misunderstood” captures the grind of burnout and power dynamics, while “Once Upon a Time” invites listeners to rediscover the magic in life’s overlooked details. “Something Else” peers beyond reality, imagining unseen forms of life and energy.

The intensity builds with “Monsters,” a confrontation with inner demons, balanced by “Starling,” a meditative ode to collaboration and consistency. “Ok, Chaos” embraces discord, celebrating growth through tension. “The Bridge” reflects on the illusion of greener pastures, focusing instead on inner transformation. The album concludes with “Solace,” conveying loss and the search for peace.

Worlds Unseen was composed and recorded over a period of six years, featuring a more detail-oriented production and new sonic influences from ambient and synth explorations.
